Celebrity hotel heiress and TV star Paris Hilton has tweeted that she intends to participate in an Initial Token Offering (ICO). About it writes CoinDesk.

The project, called Lydian, is developing “blockchain technology to reduce ad fraud and maximize cost efficiency. advertising campaigns". Note that this is not the first project intending to turn the advertising field with help blockchain.
